What a great afternoon at our Afternoon Prematuri-Tea Party! So many people with their tiny and not-so tiny babies. Thank you to everyone who came.
New cold light
BURPS recently purchased a new cold light for the Unit to replace an old machine that was no longer very reliable. This trans illumination light will be used to highlight pneumothoraces and to insert cannulas into babies’ tiny veins.

Save the date! After last year’s fantastic World Prematurity Day Tea Party, the Neonatal staff have booked Longwick Village Hall for this year’s event, as the Parentcraft room was full to bursting last year. This will be on Sunday 17th November 2-5pm. We hope you will be able to join us!
